Ngage is your sovereign desk — the draft arrives gift-wrapped to your npub, pen-attested, and you sign the published event in your own hand. The drafting key can’t post.

The route (AD-10): the Director never drafts with his own key. Sign in above as the Director — that’s the approval end (Ngage). Drafting is jaf-quill’s job: connect the Cloud Drafter in settings, and it drafts from its own credential:anthropic grant (no key to paste), pens the draft, and seals it to your desk.
